融创·国宾雅集是融创在成都打造的高端住宅项目，位于西三环金泉路12号，容积率仅为1.2，是一个低密度的墅区大盘。
在建筑和园林设计上，融创国宾雅集深研成都城西的在地文化，以成都宽窄巷子为蓝本，采用“鱼脊骨”式排列，打造了具有川西特色的街巷式布局。园林设计参考了“杜甫草堂”的园林结构，以“五重礼制”为整体布局，营造出返璞归真的园林环境。
本项目为下叠：地下二层、地面一层。
Rongchuang Guobin Yaji is a high-end residential project developed by Rongchuang in Chengdu, located at No. 12 Jinquan Road, West Third Ring Road, with a plot ratio of only 1.2. It is a low-density villa complex.
In terms of architecture and garden design, Rongchuang Guobin Yaji has deeply studied the local culture of Chengdu's western city. Based on the Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley, it adopts a "fish spine" arrangement to create a street and alley layout with western Sichuan characteristics. The garden design refers to the garden structure of the "Du Fu Thatched Cottage", with the "Five fold Ritual System" as the overall layout, creating a garden environment that returns to simplicity.
This project consists of two underground floors and one ground floor.
进门玄关与客厅之间巧用隔断处理，不仅空间显得更加宽敞和通透，空间独立又相互联系。甚至缓解风水，让家居环境颜值翻倍，颇有禅意。
Cleverly using partitions between the entrance foyer and the living room not only makes the space appear more spacious and transparent, but also independent and interconnected. Even relieving feng shui and doubling the aesthetic value of the home environment, it is quite Zen like.
客厅布艺沙发选择了棉麻的天然材质，颜色和图案简洁，与整体风格相协调。
The living room fabric sofa is made of natural materials such as cotton and linen, with simple colors and patterns that match the overall style.
客厅的茶台，和整个客厅呼应；来个三朋四友也可以秒变餐桌。让餐厅和客厅以及茶一体空间完全敞开，整个空间松弛不受拘束，把喜欢的东方和当代的家居融合为一体-共生，蔓延成独属于主人家的气质。

大自然无疑是最高超的艺术家，客厅靠花园的窗框成了画框，框起来的园林景色成了可以泼洒阳光的一幅画。
Nature is undoubtedly the most extraordinary artist, and the window frame of the living room against the garden becomes a painting frame, and the framed garden scenery becomes a painting that can sprinkle sunlight.
挨着花园的禅意角落，摆放一个茶几、2个坐椅，供人静坐、冥想、阅读，好不惬意。

西厨岛台选用耐用的石英石，岛台四周配备舒适的吧台座椅，是家人朋友聚会闲聊的理想场所。选配内置的嵌饮机、烤箱、洗碗机等电器，一体化设计，节省空间。
The West Kitchen Island uses durable quartz stone and is equipped with comfortable bar seats around the island, making it an ideal place for family and friends to gather and chat. Optional built-in appliances such as a beverage dispenser, oven, dishwasher, etc., integrated design, saving space.
主卧室，是整座房子中最柔软亲昵的空间。以淡雅色彩和简约线条勾勒出宁静空间，床背的木饰面可让让人放下戒备，放松身心。床头贴心的台灯也是氛围的渲染者，柔软床品与温馨灯光营造出惬意氛围。
窗边，园林景观一览无余，放一把单椅也可在卧室坐上一整天，感受清晨与晚霞的交替，四季的变换。
The master bedroom is the softest and most intimate space in the entire house. The serene space is outlined with elegant colors and simple lines, and the wooden veneer on the back of the bed allows people to let go of their guard and relax. The thoughtful bedside lamp is also a renderer of atmosphere, with soft bedding and warm lighting creating a pleasant atmosphere.

The stairs carry breath, between every frown and foot, between rigidity and softness, between light and shadow. It is undoubtedly the protagonist of space, with steel cantilevered steps that help it climb like a skeleton, winding upwards in a graceful and smooth posture, penetrating the entire building.
不经意的一隅，一璀璨夺目的凤冠，静静伫立，它的造型庄重而不失柔美，线条流畅而富有韵律，体现了东方美学的精髓；似一位故事萦身的老者，穿梭时空来到这里，它虽然早已失去了自身的使用价值，却以新的姿态供人欣赏，品味，遐想，恰到好处地迎合着整个空间。
In an inadvertent corner, a dazzling phoenix crown stands quietly, with a solemn yet graceful shape, smooth and rhythmic lines, reflecting the essence of Eastern aesthetics; Like an old man haunted by a story, traveling through time and space to come here, although it has long lost its own use value, it offers a new posture for people to appreciate, taste, and imagine, perfectly catering to the entire space.
光以钢板格为尺，勾勒出均匀有序的图形，温柔地破除建筑的厚重，将光线引入负二层健身区，加之在挑高的地下室空间里，满墙的艺术涂料和木质的搭配，空间也并不压抑。
Using steel grating as a ruler, the light outlines a uniform and orderly pattern, gently breaking through the heaviness of the building and introducing light into the negative second floor fitness area. In addition, in the elevated basement space, the walls are filled with artistic paint and wooden combinations, and the space is not oppressive.
